Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
    • Add base ingredients into a small blender.
      • 1 egg
      • 2 tablespoons whole milk or almond milk
      • 1/2 cup rolled oats
      • 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
      • Pinch of salt
    • Add flavor ingredients into blender.
      • 1/3 of a banana
      • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
      • Chocolate chips for topping
    • Add optional ingredients into blender.
      • 2 teaspoons of chia seeds
      • 2 teaspoons of sweetened coconut flakes
    • Blend until smooth.
      • Spray an 8 ounce ceramic ramekin with oil spray.
        • Vegetable oil spray

      Bake

      • Fill ramekin with batter but don’t overfill, leave a little room to expand. Add topping.
        • Blended batter
      • Bake for 28 to 32 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 200°F. Cool for 2 to 3 minutes.
